Time Clock Troubleshooting

These are all individual trouble shooting step
  1. Check if clock is working
    1. In the top right hand corner check that the Wi-Fi is connected
    2. Check that time is correct
    3. check that at the beginning of the URL it does not say offline

  2. Restart the device
    1. Press and hold the power button
    2. select restart
  3. Wi-Fi is disconnected or showing no internet
    1. Press the home button and go to settings

    2. Select Wi-Fi
    3. First turn the Wi-Fi off then back on
    4. select the gear icon next to the Wi-Fi

    5. From here forget Wi-Fi

    6. Then reconnect

  4. Launching Webapp
    1. Launch Edge
    2. Select Time Clock
