Time Clock Troubleshooting
These are all individual trouble shooting step
- Check if clock is working
- In the top right hand corner check that the Wi-Fi is connected
- Check that time is correct
- check that at the beginning of the URL it does not say offline

- Restart the device
- Press and hold the power button
- select restart
- Wi-Fi is disconnected or showing no internet
- Press the home button and go to settings

- Select Wi-Fi
- First turn the Wi-Fi off then back on
- select the gear icon next to the Wi-Fi

- From here forget Wi-Fi

- Then reconnect

- Launching Webapp
- Launch Edge
- Select Time Clock
