If unable to reset Cloud Drive Mapper below is how to navigate to SharePoint Online and add U or Z drive to your File Explorer

Do Not Delete Shortcut see below to remove shortcut

SharePoint Document Library Links

Primary LA Document Library, Z: Drive: https://worldwideelectric.sharepoint.com/sites/LAData

Primary WWE Document Library, U: Drive: https://worldwideelectric.sharepoint.com/sites/WWEShared2

Instructions

Select one of the links to navigate to SharePoint.

Z Drive: LA Data

U Drive: Shared Technical Data

Select the "Drive" Shared Technical Data or LA Data

Then Choose Add shortcut to OneDrive (DO NOT SELECT SYNC!)

NOTE: DO NOT click ‘Sync’ as this will download all of ‘Shared Technical Data’ to your laptop and crush the local drive.

On your device open File Explorer (OneDrive)

- You’ll see a new shortcut to ‘Shared Technical Data’ or 'LA Data'

REMOVING SHORTCUT

If you wish to remove the shortcut DO NOT DELETE, but navigate to OneDrive Online My files - OneDrive (sharepoint.com). Right click the shortcut then select remove.
