Reference: Turn on automatic forwarding in Outlook - Microsoft Support
1. On the ribbon, select the File tab then in the Move section, select Rules > Manage Rules & Alerts.
2. Select New Rule.
3. Under Start from a blank rule, select Apply rule on messages I receive. Select Next.
4. Check where my name is in the To box. Select Next. Note that you can also click Next without selecting any conditions or editing the rule description. This will apply the rule to every message you receive.
5. Under Step 1: Select action(s), select redirect it to people or public group and stop processing more rules.
6. Under Step 2: Edit the rule description, select the people or public group link.
7. In the Rule Address dialog, under Address Book, select the contact list that contains the address you want to forward to, then enter and confirm the email address that you want to forward all your mail to so that the address is in the To box at the bottom. Select OK. Then click Next.
8. Configure any exceptions in the Are there any exceptions? Window. Click Next.
9. Name your rule, select Turn on this rule and click Finish.

2. Check ONLY the rule you’d like to delete and select Delete.
